We are located in the Echo Park Eats food hall at 1411 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026.
At this time, we are only offering takeout and delivery. You may order directly from our website by clicking the “Order Now” button. We are also available on most major delivery apps and websites. We hope to open a dine-in location soon!
We are available in most major delivery apps like Doordash, UberEats, and Grubhub, among others!

We do not serve any food that contain nuts or shellfish. However, menu items may contain or come in contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts and/or seafood. We also use common fryer oil, meaning we cannot guarantee that your menu item is free of common allergens. For any food allergies, please make sure to include this in your order details so that our restaurant can take proper precaution with your food.

For our Inasal Proteins, you may heat them in 3 ways:

Oven: Pre-heat your oven to 350F. Place the meat in an oven-safe dish, cover the meat in foil, and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes. Periodically check on the meat to ensure that it is not burnt.

Stove Top Pan: You can also reheat the meat on the stovetop. Place meat in a frying pan, with some neutral oil, and turn on medium heat. Ensure that you sear the meat on both sides.

*As an extra step, you to make sure it remains tender and juicy, place some water in your pan, around 1/4 of the height of the meat. The meat should not be submerged in the water. Cover and let steam for around 8 to 10 mins, or until water has evaporated.

Air fryer: In your air fryer, pre-heat it to 350F. Once preheated, place the meat into the air fryer and reheat for 3 to 5 minutes. Depending on your air fryer, you may need additional time.

For our famous Lechon Belly Roll, we recommend the following 2 ways:

Oven: Pre-heat your oven to 350F. Place the lechon belly in an oven-safe dish and cover in foil for 15-20 mins. Increase temperature to 400F, remove the foil, and heat for another 8-10 mins uncovered. Enjoy while it’s hot.

Air fryer: In your air fryer, pre-heat it to 350F. Once preheated, place the meat into the air fryer and reheat for 3 to 5 minutes. Increase to 400/450F (depending on your air fryer) for another 2 to 3 mins to get it crispy.

For our Lumpia (Spring Rolls), you may heat it up in 3 ways:

Stove Top Pan: In a medium skillet, place a little oil and turn on to medium heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the lumpia until heated through and crispy. Make sure to avoid burning the lumpia.

Oven : Pre-heat your oven to 350F. Once hot, place your lumpia in a wire rack sheet pan and do not cover. Heat for around 8 to 10 mins or until crunchy.

Air fryer: In your air fryer, pre-heat it to 350F. Once preheated, place your lumpia and heat up for 2 to 3 minutes. Add additional time if still cold inside.
